STRUCTURAL FLATWORK.

Garage slabs, shop floors, pool decks, RV pads, equipment bases — heavy-duty concrete poured to engineered spec for vehicles, machinery, and load-bearing use.

Why this matters

ENGINEERED FOR
REAL LOADS.

Standard 4-inch residential concrete handles passenger vehicles fine. RVs, equipment, lift posts, and shop floors don't. Structural flatwork uses thicker slabs, heavier rebar, and engineered base prep to handle real load — the same approach we use on commercial pours.

We pour garage slabs, shop floors, pool deck surrounds, RV pads, equipment bases, and other heavy-load residential concrete. Every pour is engineered to the use case.

FAQ

STRUCTURAL FLATWORK QUESTIONS.

Garage slab thickness?

Standard residential garage: 4 inches with rebar. Workshop or RV-storage garage: 5-6 inches. Lift posts: 6+ inches with engineered rebar.

RV pad pricing?

A typical 12'x40' RV pad with 6" slab and rebar runs $5,500-$8,500. Bigger pads or thicker slabs scale up.

Pool deck concrete?

Yes — we pour pool surrounds in coordination with the pool builder. Often stamped or exposed aggregate. Slip resistance matters around pools.

Equipment pad for AC, generator, hot tub?

Standard work. Typically 4" slabs sized to manufacturer spec, anchored if required.

Permits required?

Garage slabs in new construction yes. Standalone accessory pads (RV, AC, hot tub) usually no permit needed unless tied to electrical/structural.

Can heavy equipment be moved on it before full cure?

No — we mark wet concrete and post cure-time signs. Driving heavy equipment on partially-cured concrete causes hairline cracks that propagate.
