CONCRETE FOUNDATIONS.

Footings, slabs, stem walls, and full residential foundations — engineered for Utah soils, poured to spec, inspected and ready for framing.

Why this matters

FOUNDATION QUALITY
DETERMINES EVERYTHING.

Every other trade on your project depends on the foundation being right. Out-of-square, out-of-level, or under-cured foundations create problems that compound through framing, drywall, and finish work. We don't cut corners on the part nobody sees.

We pour footings, structural slabs, stem walls, basements, and ICF-compatible foundations across Northern Utah. Every pour is tied to engineered drawings, inspected by the local jurisdiction, and cured to spec.

FAQ

CONCRETE FOUNDATIONS QUESTIONS.

Do you do new-construction or remodel additions?

Both. We pour foundations for new builds and addition tie-ins for remodels. Our crews coordinate with your GC's schedule.

Permitted and inspected?

Yes — every foundation pour in Northern Utah requires permits and inspection. We schedule pre-pour inspection with the local jurisdiction.

Can you handle soil engineer's recommendations?

Yes. We pour to whatever engineered spec you have — depths, rebar layout, mix design, post-tension cables if specified.

How long before framing can start?

Typically 7 days for partial loading, 14-28 days for full structural load depending on engineer.

What about waterproofing the basement walls?

We rough-pour with proper consolidation; waterproofing membrane is typically a separate trade we coordinate with your GC.

Pricing for a typical residential foundation?

Highly variable by size and complexity. A 1,500 sqft monolithic slab runs $15K-$25K. Full basement foundation can be $40K-$80K+. We quote per drawing set.
