TWO DECADES OF POURS
IN PARK CITY.

Park City is a different jobsite than the Salt Lake Valley. Higher elevation, deeper freeze cycles, more snow load. Most Park City pours are heated driveways, exposed aggregate, or premium decorative work.

We've been working Park City since 2006. We know the HOAs, the design committees, and what gets approved.

Park City Concrete FAQ

PARK CITY CONCRETE QUESTIONS.

Heated driveways in Park City?

Yes — both electric snow-melt and hydronic systems. We coordinate with HVAC contractor for tie-ins. Common request in Deer Valley.

Can you work in winter in Park City?

Limited. Concrete needs above-freezing temps for proper cure. Typically schedule April through October.

HOA design review?

Yes — we prepare full submittal packages including site plan, materials, color samples, finish details.

Premium decorative finishes?

Exposed aggregate is the most popular. Integral color and acid stains also common. We mock up samples on-site.

Lead time for Park City pours?

Add 4-8 weeks before pour for HOA review and concrete crew scheduling. Spring slots fill earlier than other Utah cities.

Pricing premium vs Wasatch Front?

5-15% more than valley floor pricing — drive time, snow-load engineering, premium finishes drive the difference.
